After 20 years in the Property Management field, and successfully managing lease up, stabilized and redevelopment properties throughout Massachusetts, Jennifer had an opportunity to open her own shop in 2016. In doing so she has been able to curate lasting relationships with developers and owners that are looking for a boutique style firm with extensive industry knowledge.
Jennifer is a veteran of Princeton Properties and Fairfield Residential, eventually landing with a respected local developer building condominium quality multi-family communities void of amenities. This unique experience was the catalyst for providing the next level of luxury living to residents and an exposure to the alluring side of community development. Ultimately, the opportunity arose to pursue a boutique style Property Management company that has the know how to counsel regarding development, artfully market a class A lease up, provide white glove service to it’s resident base, and the realization of gains to ownership.
Having had many learning experiences throughout her career, Jennifer has committed to providing the Madison Management team the same opportunities. Jennifer has developed a talented team whom share the drive and vision to render a successful site. Madison Management has the skill to manage properties under one hundred units, proficiently providing the site the staffing and attention it requires to be profitable. These smaller communities often pose budget challenges that they are well versed in overcoming. Additionally, larger communities benefit from this comprehensive background knowledge as Jennifer and her team are accustomed to managing sites at a high level of personal care from resident experience to every line item of the financials.
